In the OneView integration with Kaseya VSA, the Ticketing page allows you to configure and send real-time alerts to your Kaseya VSA console as a service ticket. This article explains how to configure ticketing.
Configure ticketing
- Log in to Kaseya VSA.
- In the left navigation menu, click ThreatDown OneView Integration.
- Click Ticketing.
- Check mark Enable/Disable Ticketing to enable, uncheck to disable.
- Select or enter user emails to send ticketing alerts.
- Configure Alert Categories using the options in the table below.
- Click Save.

Detections

Select these options to determine the threat type you receive tickets for in your console. |
Suspicious Activities

Select these options to determine the suspicious activity level for which to receive tickets. |
Vulnerability and Patch Management

Select these options to determine the software information found for vulnerabilities, patches, and updates available. |
Device Control/DNS Filtering/Application Block
|
Select these options to provide ticket information on devices blocked, DNS rules blocked, or applications blocked. |
