Configure automatic mapping in OneView integration with Kaseya VSA

In the OneView integration with Kaseya VSA, the MachineGroup Mapping page allows you to automatically link  OneView sites with Kaseya VSA machine groups or organizations. 

Automatically map new sites

1. Log in to Kaseya VSA. 
2. In the left navigation menu, click ThreatDown OneView Integration. 
3. Click MachineGroup Mapping. 
4. Click Actions. 
5. Click Initiate Auto Mapping. 
6. Select New OneView sites. 
7. Select Machine Group or Organization. 
8. Enter the site information, and select from the settings applied to the site along with product allocation amounts. 
9. Click Next. 
10. Select if the mapping should use a Kaseya Organization or MachineGroup name used for the OneView site. 
11. Click Next. 
12. Select the filter drop-down and choose which Kaseya organization or machine groups should be used for mapping. 
13. Click Next. 
14. Edit or delete incoming mappings and OneView sites, then click Next. 
    • Click the Edit button to update a site's settings manually, once complete click Save. 
15. Once complete, click Finish. This begins the automatic mapping for new sites and may take several minutes to complete. 

Automatically map existing sites

1. Log in to Kaseya VSA. 
2. In the left navigation menu, click ThreatDown OneView Integration. 
3. Click MachineGroup Mapping. 
4. Click Actions. 
5. Click Initiate Automatic Mapping or Revert Automatic Mapping. 
6. Select Existing OneView sites. 
7. Select Machine Group or Organization. 
8. Click Next. 
9. Filter with one of the following options: 
   • All Machine Groups: Goes through all existing machine groups to sync and map your sites. 
   • Machine Groups: Select specific machine groups to map to your sites. 
   • Organizations: Select specific organizations to map to your sites. 
   • OneView Sites: Directly select the OneView site to map into Kaseya. 
10. Click Next. 
11. Confirm the mapped sites and click Next. 
12. On the Manual Fix page, map the sites manually if they are not synced correctly. 
13. Click Next. 
14. Review the mapped sites and click Next again to finish. 

Revert automatic mapping

1. Log in to Kaseya VSA. 
2. In the left navigation menu, click ThreatDown OneView Integration. 
3. Click MachineGroup Mapping. 
4. Click Actions. 
5. Click Revert Automatic Mapping. 
6. Select which mappings to revert. 
   • All Auto Mappings: Goes through all existing machine groups to sync and map your sites. 
   • Machine Groups: Select specific machine groups to map to your sites. 
   • Organizations: Select specific organizations to map to your sites. 
   • OneView Sites: Directly select the OneView site to map into Kaseya. 
7. Toggle on or off whether to delete the OneView site associated with the automatic mapping. 
8. Click Revert Mappings. 
9. Click Confirm.
