In the OneView integration with Kaseya VSA, the Exclusions page allows you to create or modify global exclusions to apply to one or more policies. If you use it alongside other anti-virus software, you may need to add exclusions to avoid software conflicts in your environment. For more information, see Overview of exclusions in OneView.
To access this page:
- Log in to Kaseya VSA.
- In the left navigation menu, click ThreatDown OneView Integration.
- Click Exclusions.
Once on this page, create a new exclusion or modify an existing exclusion by clicking on the exclusion name. Use the Filter... button in the top-right to search for an exclusion.
The exclusions page displays a table with the following information:
- Exclusion: Displays the value of the exclusion.
- Type: Shows the type of the exclusion, for example, File by path, or Website/IP Address.

Enabled: Shows if the exclusion is enabled
or disabled

- Policies: Displays the number of policies the exclusion applies to. Displays All for a global exclusion.
- Applied to: Shows which protection layer the exclusion applies to.
- Updated by: Displays which user last updated the exclusion.
Policy Level Exclusions
You may choose to apply exclusions to all sites or to specific global policies. Policy level exclusions apply only to the policies chosen in the exclusion. When creating or editing an exclusion, simply select the policies you want the exclusion to apply to.
In the Policies column, click the number to display the policies with the exclusion applied. If this exclusion applies to all of your policies, you instead see All.
Create exclusion
- In the top-right, click the Create exclusions
button.
- To disable the exclusions by default, toggle off Enable/disable.
- Enter each exclusion in a separate line.
- Optionally, enter a description for the exclusions in the comment box.
- Click Validate.
- Select and confirm the Type if necessary.
- Under Policies, select which policies the exclusion will apply.
- Under Comment, click to add an individual comment for each exclusion.
- Click the trash can icon to delete the exclusion.
- Click the

to disable or enable the exclusion.
- Once finished, click Save.
Disable or enable exclusions
- Check the checkboxes of each exclusion you want to enable or disable.
- In the top-right, click the Enable/disable exclusions
button.
Delete exclusion
- Check the checkboxes of each exclusion you want to delete.
- In the top-right, click the delete
icon.
