Features and improvements
Endpoint Agent
- When any components fail to initialize, the EPPlugin will capture and log the error, then continue with the initialization.
- The agent will capture the MBAMService logs into a folder when uninstalled. This will help to identify any issues that occurred and prompted the endpoint agent being removed. These improvements are added in EPPlugin version 1.2.1167.
- The JSON formatting in the Policy.json file has been improved. This is added in Engine version 1.2.1044.
Issues fixed
Endpoint Agent
- Exclusions were not being honored by certain components. This is fixed in EPPlugin version 1.2.1167.
- The tray icon was failing to display on Windows Server 2019. This is fixed in Engine version 1.2.1044.

- Remove Isolation action in the Nebula Admin app from the Individual Endpoint View screen was not functioning.
- Warning message text for the Isolation action in the Nebula Admin app was not readable.
- Font size for 'See location on map' did not match other information in the Nebula Admin app.

Nebula
- Introduced the Nebula Admin app on iOS.
- Respond in real-time to critical incidents or endpoints threats when you're away from your desk or on the go.
- Remediate, isolate, quarantine, or begin scans on endpoints to mitigate issues wherever you are.
Endpoint Agent
- UserAgent allows users to designate a specific folder for collecting Diagnostic Logs. This is updated in UserAgent version 1.2.0.476
- Changed the diagnostic log naming convention to give the ability to locate logs that were collected over time. “MWB_<EndpointName>_Diag_YYYY_MM_DD_HH_MM_SS.zip”
- If a gateway URL was unreachable when a user created their first DNS rule, the DNSPlugin was uninstalled. This fixed in DNSPlugin version 1.2.0.40.

Nebula
- No fixes this release.
Endpoint Agent
- When our protection layers failed to start one of its components. This would return an error, stop the MBAMService from running, and cause the endpoint agent to uninstall. This is fixed in EPPlugin version 1.2.0.1166.
- Two versions of a program would appear as being installed in Nebula. This is fixed in AssetPlugin version 1.2.0.627.

Features and improvements
- Introduced a new level of protection - Managed Threat Hunting, which combines internal and external threat intelligence to search for and alert you to common and emerging threats in your environments.
- Introduced an Endpoint slide-out that provides a much better overview of your endpoint details. This new feature allows to easily view all the important information about your endpoints in a user-friendly and visually appealing way.
Issues fixed
- Issue that prevented users from viewing all supported actions when attempting to select a single endpoint belonging to a different operating system platform, while simultaneously grouping by OS platform and selecting all elements of one group.

- Online Training has been renamed to Support Center.
- Managed Detection and Response contacts are no longer limited to phone numbers less than 12 digits.
- You can now export detection events that include the RID field using our APIs.

- Issue where column filters were sometimes automatically removed and would have to be manually reapplied.
- Issue with the dashboard device type showing the term “false” while loading.

- Issue with exclusions for IP address not applying Brute Force Protection by default.
