If you're looking to change your login email address, ask another Global Administrator to remove the old account from the Configure > Users page, and then create a new user with the updated email address. If you need to change ownership of the OneView account to a different email address before deleting it, Contact Support.
When a user is deleted, the following items become unavailable:
- Custom Notifications and Reports
- OAuth 2.0 Client IDs
- Support Cases
Note: To show previous cases in your new user account, Contact Support.
We recommend noting down or manually recreating any items, such as reports and notifications, in the new user account before deleting the old user account.
