Firewall Management is included with active subscriptions to Endpoint Detection and Response, and has the following requirements:

- Global or Site Administrator access
System Requirements
Endpoints must be running at minimum one of the following operating systems for the Firewall Management add-on. For our Endpoint Protection requirements, see System requirements for OneView.
- Windows: 11, 10 version 1607 or later.
- .NET Framework 4.8 or newer
- Windows Firewall cannot be managed by both Group Policy and OneView. For details on removing Windows Firewall from Group Policy, see Change Windows Firewall state with Group Policy Management Console.
Windows services requirements
The following Windows services must be enabled and running:
- Windows Firewall
- Windows Event Log
- DNS Client
Note: Software proxies, web filtering modules, and other filtering modules that intercept network packets may interfere with Windows Firewall and the Firewall Management add-on.
