NOTICE - If you purchased OneView through a distributor, contact your distributor for support. To find their phone number and email address, log in to OneView and click your Profile Name > Contact Us.
For technical questions regarding OneView, log in to OneView and request assistance with one of the following options:
- Phone: In the top-right, click your Profile Name > Contact Us. This displays the contact information for our Support team. The PIN ID shown must be provided when calling in for Support.
- Chat: At the bottom-right, click the Chat icon to speak with our AI Chatbot or to connect to a live support agent. You can also ask the Chatbot to create a ticket.

Ticket: In the left navigation, click Support. Once you're redirected to the Support Portal, click your first initial in the top-right and select Submit a ticket.
- If you receive an error message instead of being redirected, use the Phone or Chat option instead.
