Installed Web Protection System Extension for macOS
3.9.11
ACTION REQUIRED - Critical Feature
We've added a Web Protection System Extension for macOS endpoints that requires one-time approval from an administrator. This can be done either manually in System Settings or automatically through your Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
If this prompt isn't approved, Web Protection won't function on macOS devices. Even if Web Protection is disabled in the endpoint's policy, users may continue to see a prompt every time the software is updated until the required permission is granted.
For more information, see Allow system extension for Web Protection on macOS devices - OneView.
