Domains table
The following columns are available on the Domains table:
- Domain name: Name of the email domain.
- Active mailboxes: Number of mailboxes on the domain actively being monitored.
- DKIM: DomainKeys Identified Mail uses cryptographic signatures to confirm that an email hasn't been altered and was sent from an authorized server for your domain. If this shows failed, click the domain name to view more details, then click How to fix button for guidance to remediate the issue.
- SPF: Sender Policy Framework validates that the email comes from an IP address authorized to send mail on behalf of your domain, helping to block spoofed messages. If this shows failed, click the domain name to view more details, then click How to fix button for guidance to remediate the issue.
- DMARC: Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, & Conformance helps prevent spoofing by verifying emails sent from your domain are protected by SPF and/or DKIM and align with your domain's policy. If this shows failed, click the domain name to view more details, then click How to fix button for guidance to remediate the issue.
- Last check: The last time the status of the domain was checked.
Click Add / Remove Columns to choose which columns to display.
Actions menu
Select the checkbox in the email domain's row to select a domain. Then click the Actions button at the top-right and choose from one of the following actions:
- Check domain status: Triggers a check to see if DMARC, DKIM, and SPF monitoring are enabled in your email providers' settings. If you just made changes in your email provider, wait up to 48 hours before using the check domain status option.
- Delete domain: Removes the domain from the domains screen. There is no confirmation window, so be certain before clicking this option.
