From the Support page in Nebula, Super Admins and Administrators can submit and manage support cases.
On the left navigation menu, click Support to navigate to the Support page.
Admins have the ability to perform the following actions on the Support page on the Nebula console:
- Create a support ticket.
- Add comments and attachments to your tickets or other open tickets.
- View open and closed tickets for all Super Admins and Admins on your account.
- Viewable ticket details:
- Ticket number
- Subject
- Status
- Date opened
- Date updated
- Expand and collapse full ticket conversations.
