The OneView integration with ConnectWise® Automate™ provides the ability to update virus definitions within your ConnectWise Automate console.
Update definitions for Windows
- Open your ConnectWise Automate Console, then select System Dashboard.
- Select Config, then click Configurations.
- Navigate to the Virus Scan tab and complete the information for the following fields below:
- Program Location: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent\MBCloudEA.exe
- AP Process: mbcloudea
- Verify the same AP process and Program location are showing under processes on your computer.
- Select Commands, then select Inventory, then click Resend everything.
- When completed, select Profile icon, then click Reload system cache.
- Close the ConnectWise console and open it again. Verify that OneView is now displayed under the Antivirus tile in your console.
- Note: It may take 5-10 minutes for OneView to appear under Antivirus Tile.
Troubleshooting steps
If the console doesn't update, follow the steps below:
- Open your ConnectWise Console, then select System Dashboard.
- Select Config, then click Configurations.
- Navigate to the Startup Scan tab and complete the information for the following fields:
- Location: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent\MBCloudEA.exe
- Location Type: HKey Current User
- Remove Method: Delete Value
- Click Save.
- Select System, then click Solutions, and click Plugin Manager.
- Under Advanced Settings, select Reload Plugins, then click Reload DBAgent Plugins.
- Close the ConnectWise console and restart the application after 5-10 minutes. Verify that OneView is now displayed under the Antivirus tile in your console.
