Extend expired trial subscription
If a trial was not configured to automatically convert to a paid subscription, expired trials can be extended by clicking Extend trial in the Manage subscription section on your site's page. This provides additional time on a subscription for users without initiating a paid subscription on the site.
The extended duration uses the same period as the initial trial subscription and can only be used once. Once the extension is used, the trial can only be converted to a paid subscription or removed from the site.
Convert a trial to paid subscription
- In the left pane, click Manage > Sites.
- Click the row of the site you want to add a subscription to. This expands the site's information page; click Manage subscription.
- Click Convert trial to paid.
- In the confirmation window, select the subscription to convert.
- Click Accept.
This process can be configured to occur automatically at 11:59:59PM GMT on the end date of the trial by checking the Automatically convert to paid at the end of the trial option.
Cancel subscription
At the bottom of the manage subscription options, administrators can cancel a subscription entirely for an account. This stops a subscription on an account but keeps the endpoint agent installed on all managed devices. Doing so removes all real-time protection services but keeps the agent running on endpoints in case the subscription is renewed.
To cancel a subscription, go to the Sites page then click on a site name. From there click Manage subscriptions > Cancel subscription.
