The OneView Sites screen displays a summary of site information. Add, delete, and manage site product subscriptions on this screen. Sites are displayed in collapsed rows, which summarize that site's status. This article explains the information shown on this screen.
Site information
To view this screen, on the left navigation menu, click Manage > Sites. Each site row shows the following information:

Click the ellipsis icon to edit the site information or delete the site. |
Add-ons | Add-on modules that are added to the site subscription. Note: This column does not display for OneView accounts with bundle subscriptions. |
Auto convert |
Displays if the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Hover over the check to view the time and date the conversion will occur. |
Billing type |
How the site is billed. Sites configured with one of the following:

Contract end date |
This serves as a reminder of the contract date between a partner and their client. This date does not impact endpoint protection or billing even after the date passes. For instructions on receiving a notification when the contract end date is approaching, see Set up notifications in OneView. |
Devices covered |
Endpoint types covered by ThreatDown protection. Endpoint types include Workstations, Servers, and Mobile. |
Max protection |
Protection service the site is subscribed with. Subscriptions are colored in the following methods:
Note: This does not display for OneView accounts with bundle subscriptions. |
Bundle |
Displays the bundle subscription applied to the site. Note: This column only displays for Bundle subscriptions in OneView. |
Bundle status |
Displays the current status of the bundle subscription. Note: This column only displays for Bundle subscriptions in OneView. |
Migration status | Migration status of the site if migrating from Nebula. This is off by default; turn it on by using the Add/Remove Columns option. |
Site contact | The contact name for the site. |
Site name | The unique name given to a site. |
Trial end date | The end date for a trial on the site. For steps on receiving a notification when the trial is about to expire, see Set up notifications in OneView. |
Notes:
- When hovering the mouse over a site, the Launch site option becomes available to click and connect directly to the site.
- Click the Actions icon on the top right of the site page to start a site migration for a Nebula console. For more information, see Migrate a Nebula site to OneView.
Expanded site information
Click a Site Name to expand it. Click the launch icon to enter into the site's Nebula console. When expanded, the site shows the following information:

Site Contact | The contact name for the site. |
Site Created on | Creation date for the site. |
Site contract ends on | End date for the site contract. |
Account token | Account token for the individual site. |
License key | License key for the registered site. |
Notes | Optional notes that can be set for the site. |

Drop-down menu that allows you to Edit site, Add note, or Delete site. |
Subscriptions
On the left tab, the Subscriptions section shows information on the subscription applied to the site. For OneView accounts with bundle subscriptions, this is displayed on the top left. This subscriptions page includes:
Column | Description |
Licensed Product | Displays the site's product name. |
Status | Displays site license as either Active, Provisioned, or Expired. If a product remains in the Provisioned status 24 hours after site creation or migration, contact Support. |
Licenses Used | Displays the number of used seats on the site. |
Licenses Allocated | Displays the number of allocated seats to the site. |
On the top right, click Manage Subscriptions to add or update the current subscription, add or extend a trial, convert a trial to a paid subscription, or cancel your subscription.
Click the ellipsis icon to edit the site information or delete the site.
Users
The Users section shows the following information:
- User: Displays the user account assigned to the site.
- Email: Displays the login email associated with the user account.

Role: Displays the role of the user account.
Note: Global Administrators have full access to all sites and are not displayed in this section.
Filter site information
The main area of the Sites page shows the list of all available sites. Each column can be filtered to narrow the results. You can customize data in the results list in the following ways:
- Use the filter icon in the column headers to view specific data.
- Hover your cursor over a column header to reveal a hamburger icon with options to pin and auto-size columns.
Click on a column filter icon to narrow the results. When clicking on the filter icon, the filter list at the top of the screen shows which filters are applied. Click on a filtered item to remove it, or Clear Filters to remove them all.
