Go to the OneView Users screen to manage user accounts. The Users screen allows Global Administrators to add, edit, and delete users, change their roles, or assign users to sites. This article explains how to find existing users and add new users.
Find users
By default, the list of users is sorted by first name.
- From the sidebar, go to Configure > Users.
- Click the Name or Email column headings to change the sort order.
- If you have many users, enter a name in the Search box to find their information.
Add a new user
- From the sidebar, go to Configure > Users.
- In the top-right corner, click the plus sign ( + ).
- Fill out the user information:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone (optional)
- Role
- Sites (optional). This field is not available for Global Administrators as they have access to all sites.
- Click Submit.
The user email must be uniquely registered with OneView and not currently in use. Creating task-specific emails or '+' plus addressing can act as a unique email.

Resend a user's email invitation
You can resend an invitation if the user did not receive it or accept the invitation within 3 days.
- From the sidebar, go to Configure > Users.
- Click the user’s actions ( ⫶ ) icon.
- Choose Resend Invite.
Edit a user
- From the sidebar, go to Configure > Users.
- In the Actions column, click the ( ⫶ ) icon.
- Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
- Make changes to any of the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone (optional)
- Role
- Sites (optional). This field is not available for Global Administrators as they have access to all sites.
- Click Submit.
Delete a user
To delete a user assigned to a site, the site must have at least one other user.
- From the sidebar, go to Configure > Users.
- In the Actions column, click the ( ⫶ ) icon.
- Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
- To delete the user, click Accept.
Require two-factor authentication
Global Administrators can require all users to use two-factor authentication when signing into OneView. For more information, see Two-factor authentication (2FA) settings in OneView.
