The OneView Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your endpoints and licensing information using widgets. Review this article to learn what widgets are available on your dashboard and how to manage your widgets effectively. Use the drop-down menus at the top to filter data by Device type or individual Sites in OneView.
Manage widgets
- At the top right of the Dashboard page, click the (
) kebab menu.
- Click Configure Widgets.
- Click Add next to a widget to add to your Dashboard.
- Click Remove next to a widget to remove from the Dashboard.
- Click X to close the Configure widgets window.
Arrange widgets
- On your Dashboard, click and hold at a space around the widget's header.
- Drag the widget while holding to the space you want it to occupy.
Endpoint widgets
Widget | Description |
Endpoints | This widget displays endpoints and sites with a particular status. Click a banner in the widget to navigate to the Endpoints page. This filters the Endpoints page with endpoints with the chosen status. For more details on each banner, see Endpoints widget in OneView. |
Endpoint activity status |
This widget shows the activity for each endpoint.

Endpoints by Agent version | This widget lists the number of endpoints and sites by their agent version. Click an agent version to navigate to the Endpoints page filtered by the selected agent version. Use this information to identify which endpoints are out of date. |
Endpoints by operating system | This widget lists the number of endpoints by operating system across your sites. Click an endpoint to take you to a list of endpoints. |
Endpoint Protection state | This widget lists the number of endpoints by their protection status. Click on a protection status to navigate to the Endpoints page filtered by the selected protection status. |
Detections |
This widget shows threats detected in the past 7 days. On the right it breaks down each threat by type: Exploits, PUM's, Websites, Ransomware Malware, and PUP's. |
Detections per day | This widget shows an overview of detections in the last 30 days across all of your sites. |
Device Access | This widget lists the number of devices connected via USB to endpoints for the past 7 days. Click on Blocked or Read-Only to direct you to the Device Control page to view more details. |
Top 10 endpoints with detections | This widget displays which endpoints have encountered the most threats across your sites as of the last seven days. |
Top 10 threats | This widget shows the most common threats across your sites as of the last seven days. Click the Threat name to navigate to the related Labs blog post about the detection. |
Licensing widgets
Widget | Description |
Current deployed endpoints | This widget shows the current breakdown of seats used by each product. Click the Site drop-down menu to narrow the information shown to a single site. |
Monthly usage | This widget displays live usage data to track your current monthly subscription costs. For more information, see View monthly usage in OneView. |
Site subscription overview | This widget shows the deployment status across all sites in OneView. This displays whether sites are fully deployed, over deployed, or are not deployed to yet. |
Trial expiration | This widget shows the number of sites with expiring trials. The list includes sites expiring in 15 days, 7 days, or expired sites. |
Module widgets
Widget | Description |
Blocked applications |
This widget displays the Top 10 applications blocked across sites and deployed endpoints for the past 30 days. Each block shows the executable name, number of execution attempts, and the file path if applicable. |
Endpoints with most vulnerabilities |
This widget displays the top 10 endpoints with the highest amount of vulnerabilities across your sites. |
Top 10 vulnerable endpoints | This widget displays the top 10 installed applications with critical vulnerabilities across your endpoints. |
Vulnerabilities by severity |
This widget displays the number of vulnerabilities across endpoints based on the severity level. Severity is a calculated score based on several factors. For more information, see Manage vulnerabilities in OneView. |
