The ThreatDown OneView integration with Kaseya VSA uses OAuth2 authentication to integrate. OAuth2 credentials with read, write, and execute permissions are required. For more information, see Create OAuth2 credentials for OneView.
Once created, download the OneView Integration file.
TIP - If you already use the Malwarebytes OneView Integration with Kaseya VSA, follow the steps below to install the ThreatDown OneView Integration. Afterwards, you can safely remove the Malwarebytes OneView integration without losing any data and begin using the ThreatDown integration.
To setup the ThreatDown integration or switch from the Malwarebytes integration:
- Log in to Kaseya VSA.
- In the left navigation menu, click License Manager.
- Under the Third Party tab, click Install.
- Click Browse File, select the ThreatDown_OneView_Integration.vsaz file.
- Click Open, then click Next twice.
- On the Custom Fields page, enter your:
- OneView ClientID
- OneView Client Secret
- Click Next twice, then click Finish.
- Your OneView Integration card now displays on the left navigation menu.
- Click the ThreatDown OneView Integration card, then click Home.
- A notice is shown requesting to allow access.
- Click Allow.
