Email Security Allow List

Feature
The Allow List feature in Email Security gives admins more control over how trusted items are handled. Admins can now add entries by IP, domain, email address, or link and decide what protections should be bypassed, such as inspections, impersonation banners, or link scanning. Each entry can include comments for tracking, with all Allow List items fully logged and manageable in the console.

- MSP-18807: Resolved an issue for Email Security where tiral users could be in Active Mode after completing onboarding.

Clearer Patch Notifications

Improvement
Patch email notifications have been updated for clarity. The header now reads, “A patch attempt has been initiated on your endpoint. The final status will be reported below,” avoiding premature success messages.

Email Security usage reporting
Update to the Usage Report in OV to now include ThreatDown Email Security. When generating a report for Sites, users will see the number of mailboxes used for each site reflected in the Billable Usage Count column. This makes it easier to track mailbox usage and ensure accurate customer billing

We've improved visibility into Patch applied events.
- When viewing event details, the slide-out panel now clearly shows the event type as "Patch applied".
- If an error occurs, the panel displays both the error code and its corresponding error description.
