To help prevent conflicts between Sophos products and OneView, add mutual exclusions to the settings in OneView using the instructions below.
There is a known conflict between Sophos Web Protection and OneView Web Protection. Before adding exclusions, you need to disable Web Protection for either Sophos or OneView.
Set exclusions in OneView
Add Sophos to your OneView exclusions.
- On the left navigation menu, go to Configure > Exclusions.
- Click New, then add the Sophos file paths separately.

Here is a list of Sophos file and folder paths to exclude in OneView.
Files by path
Applies to both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
