This article covers what you need to access OneView and install the Endpoint Agent on managed devices.
OneView console requirements
To access the OneView console, use the latest version of a Chromium-based browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge). Mobile browsers are not supported.
Endpoint Agent requirements
Minimum hardware and operating system requirements to install the Endpoint Agent.

Windows notes
- Requirements: .NET Framework 4.6.2 and TLS 1.2 must be enabled. FIPS is supported on Windows 10 and higher.
- ARM: Windows 11 ARM (e.g., Snapdragon) is supported — download the ARM-specific installer from the Download Center. See Add Windows endpoints in OneView for details.
- Not supported: Server Core installations; non-persistent VDI (persistent VDI is supported).

Legacy installer: Available in the Download Center for unsupported OS versions that no longer receive new features (protection updates still apply):
- Workstations: Windows 10 version 1511 and below, 8.1, 8, 7
- Servers: 2012 R2, 2012, 2008 R2, 2008.
- Network bandwidth: Reserve 1.1 Mbps per 100 endpoints when using Suspicious Activity Monitoring.

Linux notes
- Minimum kernel: Linux kernel 3.10 is required for EDR.
- DKMS: Required for Amazon Linux, CentOS, and Red Hat. If Secure Boot is enabled, kernel modules may need cryptographic signatures. See Add Linux endpoints and Kernel module not running in EDR for details.

Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) 2 is supported with the following limitations:
- Systemd must be enabled.
- Real-time protection is not supported (scan and remediate only).
- EDR is not supported.
