Granular Email Management Within Incidents

We've improved how Email Security administrators can investigate and manage incidents that contain multiple emails. This makes it easier to distinguish between genuine threats and false positives without affecting unrelated emails in the same incident.

Issues Fixed
MSP-18327: Resolved an issue where endpoint details could not be retrieved when the machine's fully qualified host name returned empty. A fallback has been added to try using alternative names or the serial number.

Site Selector enhancement

MSP-19841: Fixed an issue where the Accept/Delete action was available on endpoints designated as a Syslog source; the action is now correctly disabled, and a clear warning banner is shown to explain why.
MSP-19729: Fixed an issue on the Endpoint Details page where the "Scan Needed" high-priority status widget continued to appear even after a recent scan had completed. Disabled high-priority items are now hidden as expected.
NDEV-21887: Fixed an issue where the company logo rendered inconsistently across reports and email notifications. The logo now displays in a standardized format and size across all customer-facing reports and emails.

MDR Pre-Authorized Isolation Exclusions for Sites

You can select groups from specific sites to exclude from pre-authorized isolation by our MDR analysts, ensuring critical client environments require explicit authorization before isolation occurs.
