Self-service Email Security Trials

Nebula admins without an Email Security subscription can now start a free 14-day trial directly from the Email Security page in Nebula — no sales contact or campaign required. Email Security works for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, including those using third-party email security providers like Mimecast or Proofpoint.

Support for bulk 3rd-party software uninstalls
Improvement
Added support for bulk uninstall from the Software Inventory page, allowing admins to remove software across multiple endpoints in a single action.

Improved the confirmation flow for bulk Update and Uninstall actions. The redesigned modal now clearly separates software items that will be processed and software items that can't be actioned with reasons.

Granular Email Management Within Incidents
Improvement
We've improved how Email Security administrators can investigate and manage incidents that contain multiple emails. This makes it easier to distinguish between genuine threats and false positives without affecting unrelated emails in the same incident.

- Improved Overview widgets: The incident overview has been updated to surface more relevant, at-a-glance information for faster triage.
- Quick filters on the Needs Attention tab: New filters on the emails that require action, reducing noise during investigation.

NDEV-21737: Fixed an issue in the Audit Log where the record name for a deleted Exclusion still appeared as a clickable deeplink. The link is now properly disabled once the exclusion has been removed.
NDEV-22097: Fixed an issue where attempting to delete an isolated endpoint returned an error because the isolation confirmation step was skipped. Deleting an isolated endpoint now shows a confirmation dialog with a clear warning that the endpoint is isolated, allowing the deletion to complete successfully.

MDR Pre-Authorized Isolation Exclusions
Improvement
MDR customers now have granular control over endpoint isolation by allowing them to select specific groups, such as critical servers, to exclude from pre-authorized isolation by our MDR analysts.
Note: We still highly recommend enabling pre-authorized isolation for the majority of your environment to quickly prevent the spread of malicious activity.

We have enhanced the Managed Services configurations with improved regional phone number formatting and a streamlined dashboard interface. The configuration settings have also been moved from a tab on the Managed Services page to a dedicated button directly on the Managed Services dashboard.
