On the Monitor > Vulnerabilities > Risk Exposure page, Global and Site Admins can view a high-level overview of vulnerability exposure across their sites and generate risk reports. This page is available for all sites, regardless of whether they have a Vulnerability Assessment or Vulnerability & Patch Management subscription.
Sites without a subscription are scanned once a month to check for vulnerabilities and missing critical patches. The left side of the page displays your overall risk score, with a breakdown of risk exposure below it.
Site Risk table
The table on this page displays the following information:

| Site | Site name. |
| Subscription | Whether the site has a Vulnerability Assessment subscription, a Vulnerability & Patch Management subscription, or no subscription. |
| Severity levels | A chart showing the number of vulnerabilities categorized by severity level. |
| Vulnerabilities | Total number of vulnerabilities found across the site. |
| Critical OS patches | Number of critical operating system patches missing for the site. |
| Ransomware risks | Number of vulnerabilities linked to ransomware attacks found in the site. These should be prioritized and resolved immediately. |
| Endpoints | Number of endpoints with vulnerabilities for the site. |
| Last scan date |
The date the most recent Risk Exposure scan ran. For sites without a Vulnerability Assessment or Vulnerability & Patch Management subscription, scans run once a month. If a scan has already run for the current month, any newly added sites won't be included until the following month's scan. For sites with a subscription, this is based on your scheduled Inventory & Vulnerability scan. |
View and download risk report
Click View Vulnerability & Risk Exposure Report to view the aggregated report across all of your sites. Click Download to save a copy of the report.
To download individual reports for specific sites:
- Select the checkboxes for the sites you want to include.
- Click Generate Risk Reports.
- Customize the report with your contact number, email, and any recommendations.
- Click Download # site risk report.

Upgrade sites or start a trial
To upgrade a site's subscription or add a 28-day trial:
- Select the checkboxes for the sites you want to update.
- Click Actions.
- Select Upgrade Sites or Start free trial.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Upgrade to/Try Vulnerability and Patch Management: Detect vulnerabilities and patch them directly through OneView.
- Upgrade to/Try Vulnerability Assessment: Detect vulnerabilities and get more detailed information about each one on your endpoints.
- If starting a trial, choose whether to automatically convert it to a paid subscription when the trial ends.
- Check the checkbox to acknowledge the agreement.
- Click Confirm.
