Before using AI Detection & Response, ensure your environment meets the following requirements.
System requirements
- Windows Server: 2025, 2022, 2019, 2016
- Windows: 11 (x64 and ARM), 10 version 1607 or later.
- macOS: 26, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11.
Endpoint versions
Endpoints must be running the following minimum versions:
- Windows
- Endpoint Service: 2.5.0.22
- Endpoint Protection: 2.2.0.68
- User Agent: 2.2.0.61
- Protection Service: 4.7.11.520
- Mac
- User Agent: 1.7.4115
- Protection Service: 5.13.0
- Endpoint Protection: 1.7.252
Policy settings
- Protection Settings > Web protection
- Software management > Installed software on the endpoints
User Roles
- Global Admin or Site Admin role required to view cross-tenant AIDR data.
