The AI Detection & Response dashboard gives admins a centralized view of their environment's AI activity. AI tool detection starts automatically when the required policy settings are enabled, and an asset scan is run. For more information, see AI Detection & Response requirements.
Accessing AIDR
To access the AIDR dashboard:
- Log in to OneView.
- In the left navigation, go to Investigate > AI Detection & Response.
- The AIDR dashboard opens on the Overview tab.
AIDR Dashboard
The dashboard provides a high-level overview of the AI tools detected in your environment. The default time frame for this data is the last 7 days. Click the drop-down in the top-right to select a different time frame.
The following cards are available on this page:
- AI Tools: Shows a summary of unauthorized and total detected tools, broken down by installed and browser-based apps, along with a list of tools awaiting review.
- Endpoints: Displays the number of endpoints running unauthorized AI, with breakdowns by domain requests and installed apps.
- Requests: Displays total AI domain requests detected, broken down by authorized, unauthorized, and needs review.
- Governance by Category: Shows the distribution of detected AI tools by category and authorization state. Click the drill-down chart for more granular info.
- Request Traffic: A time-series graph showing daily request volume across all endpoints, segmented by authorized, unauthorized, and needs review.
- Tool Categories: A donut chart summarizing detected AI tools grouped by category.
- Top Unauthorized Usage: Identifies the endpoints generating the most unauthorized AI requests, showing the associated tool and request volume for each.
