When does the report generate automatically?
At the end of the trial period. The exact delivery date is based on the furthest entitlement end date across all active modules on the site, not the original site creation date.
Can I generate the report before the trial ends?
Yes. Go to Configure > Reports, then click the ellipsis button under Actions > Generate.
Can I send the Analyst Report to the prospect?
No. The Analyst Report contains internal talking points and technical details intended for your use only. Only share the Client Summary with the prospect.
How do I handle conversations where the prospect's score didn't improve significantly?
Highlight what was caught and resolved, and use the Open Next Steps as a structured close. These are the specific items ThreatDown addressed.
What if the trial is extended?
The report delivery date automatically shifts to match the new furthest entitlement end date. No action is required.
What if the prospect adds an add-on after the trial starts?
That add-on is included in the report. Its data is scoped from the activation date to the report generation date.
How is the report delivery date calculated?
The report triggers on the furthest entitlement end date across all active subscriptions on the site. If any module expires later than the others, the report is delivered on that date.
Why does email data show 90 days of activity?
Email Security uses a 90-day data window to provide meaningful context.
