OneView is a multi-tenant console enabling MSPs to configure, deploy, support, and manage client endpoint security using endpoint protection technologies.
OneView integrates with Atera to allow administrators direct access to their OneView console and sites in Atera. The integration must be set up and configured in the Atera console. For more information, see Atera and OneView.
Transfer OneView account
OneView accounts must be created through Atera to use this integration. For existing OneView accounts purchased, contact your account representative to transfer the account over to Atera. For other OneView strategic partner accounts such as those under Addigy, we recommend you cancel your partnership and contact support to transfer your OneView account to Atera.
If you have an existing OneView account, do not create a new OneView account through Atera as this only creates a second unregistered OneView instance. If you do create a second account, please delete the account in Atera before initiating the transfer of your existing OneView account. For more information, see Delete Account in Atera.
