The Overview tab on the Managed Services page uses widgets to summarize and display different information about your Managed Services cases.
Use this tab to quickly understand the malicious activity across your OneView sites. You can filter results to a specific time.
The following widgets can be found on this tab:
- Cases by stage: General overview of case activity in your environment. Click on the Requires customer action tile to quickly filter for cases that require your attention.
- Cases by priority: The number of open cases grouped by their urgency.
- Top case close reasons: The most frequent reasons cases were closed by analysts.
