To change the auto-renewal status of your subscription, you must have Nebula Account Owner (NAO) privileges. If you are the NAO, access this option by clicking display name > Account. Once there, navigate to the Billing and Invoices section, where you can manage the auto-renewal status of your subscription if you purchased directly from our website. If you purchased through a Sales representative, call Sales.
