To help prevent conflicts between Sophos products and Nebula, add mutual exclusions to the settings in Nebula using the instructions below.
There is a known conflict between Sophos Web Protection and Nebula Web Protection. Before adding exclusions, you need to disable Web Protection for either Sophos or Nebula.
Set exclusions in Nebula
Add Sophos to your Nebula exclusions.
- On the left navigation menu, go to Configure > Exclusions.
- Click New, then add the Sophos file paths separately.

Files by path
Applies to both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
