The OneView sites page displays both a summary of your created sites and subscription details for individual sites. Adding a site in OneView gives you control over assigned products, billing, and management of endpoints for your customers. This article explains what site information to identify with your customers in order to set up the site correctly and how to add the site in OneView.
Note: For help managing bundle subscription sites, see Manage OneView sites with bundle subscriptions.
Site information
Before adding a site, gather the following information to configure your customer's site appropriately. If you have already gathered this information, skip to the Add a site section.

For configuration, identify the following information:
- Company Name
- Customer Name
- Customer Email
- Assigned User(s): OneView administrators or users assigned to the site.
- Site contract end date (Optional): Used to reflect a contract date between a partner and their client. This field has no impact on endpoint protection or billing even after the date passes.

For configuration, you must identify the following information:
- Subscription type: Subscription types include Paid, 15 day trial, 30 day trial, or Not for resale. If you already have a standalone Not for resale Nebula account, consider migrating it into OneView. For more information, see Migrate a Nebula site to OneView.

Note: An allocation number between 1-100 must be set for trial subscriptions. A Not for resale subscription is automatically provided 20 seats per product.
