OneView sends out an email to customers for reports, notifications and adding new users. If you do not receive these emails, this may be due to spam filter settings in your organization.
Check spam filter
Check if your organization blocks emails from any of the following:
- oneview@malwarebytes.com
- no-reply@malwarebytes.com
- noreply@malwarebytes.com
- support@threatdown.com
- channelmarketing@malwarebytes.com
- insights@cloud.malwarebytes.com
Allow these senders if they are blocked.
