Each Nebula account has a monthly limit on ThreatDown AI interactions. Once the limit is reached, new queries are blocked until the limit resets. This article explains how those limits work, what counts as an interaction, and what happens after you reach the limit.
Monthly Interaction Limits

| Paid accounts | 500 AI interactions per account per month |
| Trial accounts | 100 AI interactions per account per month. |

Definition of AI interactions
An AI interaction is any question submitted to ThreatDown AI. This includes:
- Asking a question, including questions outside ThreatDown AI's intended scope
- Requesting data or insights
- Asking for explanations or recommendations
The following are not AI interactions:
Providing feedback on an AI response (🙂/😐/🙁)
Viewing past conversations
Clicking links
Exporting data
After reaching the interaction limit
New AI queries cannot be submitted
Past conversations can still be viewed
Access is automatically restored at the start of the next month
