If no alerts appear on your ITDR dashboard after completing the initial connection, follow this article to troubleshoot the problem.
Symptoms
- No alerts appearing on the dashboard
Cause
The integration may not be properly connected, the wrong tenant may be linked, or dashboard filters may be hiding alerts.
Resolution
- Navigate to Investigate > ITDR Management > Configurations > Integrations and confirm the connection status.
- Verify that the correct tenant is connected and actively in use.
- If the tenant is correct and sync status looks healthy, check whether any filters or date ranges are applied to the dashboard view that might be hiding alerts.
- If sync status shows an error or no data ingestion, investigate the connection and re-authenticate if necessary.
- If everything appears healthy but alerts are still absent after 48+ hours, contact Support.
