Symptoms
- The AI domain activity feed shows tools you don't recognize.
Cause
Some AI services are accessed via domain names that don't match their product name (for example, api.openai.com maps to OpenAI/ChatGPT), which can make a correctly categorized tool appear unfamiliar.
Resolution
- Check the tool detail slide-over. It shows the specific domain(s) associated with a detected tool and usually clarifies the mapping.
- If you believe a domain is incorrectly categorized as an AI tool, note the domain name and contact Support.
