Requirements for Managed Detection and Response in Nebula

Managed Detection and Response (MDR) has the following requirements: 

Subscription Requirements

• Subscription to Endpoint Detection and Response.
• Subscription to the MDR service.

User Requirements

• A Super Admin user role to access the MDR portal.
• Two-Factor authentication must be enabled for the entire Nebula account. For more information on enabling 2FA, see Two-factor authentication (2FA) settings in Nebula.
  Note: 2FA cannot be enabled if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled. You must disable SSO to use 2FA and access the MDR portal.
